1 pound of fresh spinach
1/4 onion - minced
2 cloves garlic - minced
1 tablespoon butter
2 ounces cream cheese
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons chopped sun dried tomatoes
Pinch ground nutmeg
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley for garnishing
